We provide our customers with a superb engagement ring shopping experience by offering them the opportunity to create highquality custom engagement rings through a seamless process facilitated by our jewellery consultants. Our engagement rings are expertly crafted and are a fraction of traditional bricks and mortar jewellers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing team of 4 consultants.
We are based in the City of London, near Bank station, with excellent transport links.
Meeting & exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Providing an excellent level of customer service
Developing an indepth knowledge of the products & the brand
Responding to sales enquiries via email, phone, LiveChat and WhatsApp Meeting customers for facetoface consultations in our London office/showroom Guide customers through our bespoke design service
Preparing and sending quotations for engagement & wedding rings
Assisting in the selection of diamonds and gemstones for new or existing orders Communicating with our designers and crafters about specific customer requests Following up with customers postorder for aftercare issues and to solicit reviews
A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience within the jewellery sector University degree
Gemmologist qualification is preferred
Friendly, polite and honest in all dealings with our customers
Ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships on a daily basis
A strong track record of producing consultative sales
A demonstrable track record of loyalty Knows how to work towards deadlines

A superb communicator (native English level)
Expert knowledge in diamonds and gemstones
Engaging with CRM systems to drive sales and track customer specifics

40 hour week (Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month)
