Begin by chatting with your designer about your ideas and inspirations. Your designer will sketch some initial ideas so you can pick your favourite. Expect guidance on ring sizes, how to get the most out of your price point, and a design page where all your quotes and ideas can live in one place.
After you’ve decided on a design that best captures your love story, your designer will give will give you some options for your centre diamond or gemstone within your quote. From these options, choose the one that speaks to you.
Within a couple of days of confirming your centre gemstone, our team creates a 3D CAD render of your design that we use to cast your ring. This gives you an accurate idea of what your ring will look like, and our design service includes three amendments.
You’ll receive a checkout page to place your order. Once placed, we’ll secure your centre gemstone and get started on crafting your bespoke engagement ring. In as little as three weeks our workshop will craft your ring and we’ll keep you updated on our progress throughout.

The cost of a custom engagement ring can vary widely depending on a whole host of factors, such as the ring style, materials used, level of labour required. Our custom engagement ring designs begin at just shy of £2,000.

This is dependent on how communicative you want to be with your Design Consultant and the complexity of the design. Most designs take 2-5 days to complete with a Design Consultant, either by a few emails back and forth or a couple of phone calls.
Once you’ve fallen in love with and approved your final design, our team of skilled craftspeople will start the process of bringing your ring to life. This typically takes around four weeks, but can be longer or shorter depending on your design. The exact time frame will be discussed with you before placing your order and you’ll be kept updated of your ring’s progress throughout each stage.

Absolutely. That’s what we do best–you bring the ideas and we bring the expertise. Share as little or as much information as you have with your Design Consultant and they’ll take it away to translate into a design that captures what you were looking for.

Yes! If you have inherited, purchased or received your diamonds elsewhere, we can still create your bespoke ring. Our policy for any diamonds you provide us are as follows:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to use customer’s own coloured gemstones at this time.
Unfortunately not. As part of our design service, we allow three modifications to be sure you’re entirely happy with your design. This highly personal process means we’re sure you’ll be happy with your decision once it’s crafted. Once you’re happy with your design and final quotation, you can take your time or go ahead and place your order.
