Can I have my ring resized?
Yes, for our US, UK & EU customers, we offer one free ring resize with every purchase. If you do require a resize, we kindly ask that you drop off your ring in person or cover the cost of shipping back to us. For US & UK customers, we’ll ship it back to you free of charge. For EU customers, we do charge for return postage.
Please note that if the ring size change is more than two sizes bigger or smaller, there will be a fee that needs to be paid for the service, as the ring may have to be re-made. To find out more information on remaking your ring, please visit our Returns Policy.
If you’re unsure about the ring size before ordering, send us a photo of your partner’s hand and we will estimate their ring size—we have lots of experience in guessing ring sizes!
Some designs aren’t able to be resized, for example, full eternity rings or twisted bands. In this case, the product pages of certain collection pieces will state if they are unable to be resized. For bespoke designs, your design consultant will notify you if your design is unable to be resized.
If you choose a design which is non-resizable, then the ring mount isn’t covered by our returns policy.
If your ring is engraved and requires a second engraving due to the resize, the fee for this service is £40.
Second or additional resizings are possible for UK and EU customers at a fee of £75 and if there’s an engraving, re-engraving will cost an additional £40 on top of that.
The end of the year is an exciting but busy time for all of us. Our fantastic workshop team is no exception, which is why we won’t be carrying out resizes or aftercare services throughout December. Rings must be received by November 30th to be completed within 15 working days. Any rings received in December will be returned by 22nd January 2021 (don’t worry, we’ll give your ring a nice home for the holidays!). But in order to keep your ring with you throughout the festive period, we ask that you send your ring to us from 4th January 2021 onwards, and we’ll get it back to you as soon as possible.
How is a ring resized?
To resize your ring, we make a small incision in the band and reduce or extend it as required. Once that’s completed, the gap is soldered and polished to seamlessly hide any evidence of alterations.
