Our consultants bring years of experience in fine jewellery, diamond sourcing and bespoke design. Each appointment is one-to-one, allowing time to ask questions, compare options and work through the details together.
Each specialist works closely with our in-house design and production teams, so the guidance you receive reflects how your piece will actually be made.

Where is Taylor & Hart located?
In London, we have a store based in Covent Garden, as well as a City showroom on Clements Lane. We also have a showroom in Manchester near St. Peter’s Square, with consultations available one day a month. The store and the showrooms have disabled access on request, so please be sure to notify your consultant ahead of visiting.
How do your Virtual Consultations work?
If you’re unable to visit London, we can happily discuss your requirements via virtual consultation, or even over the phone, email, Skype or WhatsApp. Whatever works for you. You will still receive the full experience of working with our team of jewellery experts, who will be there to guide you the whole way through.
Where should I start?
You don’t need to be a jewellery expert to choose the perfect piece. That’s why we’re here – it all starts with a simple conversation with one of our experts, who will help guide you through the entire process smoothly and unpressured.
How does the bespoke process work?
Our bespoke design service is what makes Taylor & Hart unique.
To start, you’re assigned a personal design consultant, who will bring your ideas to life in the form of a 3D CAD (computer-aided design). Based on your requirements and price point, they’ll help you select a centre gemstone or diamond.
The design can be amended up to three times. A further three amendments will incur a cost of £100, although 95% of customers do not need more than three iterations. Once you’re happy with your design and final quotation, you can go ahead and place your order online.
If you entirely change your mind on a design that you’ve already iterated and want to go in a totally new direction, you’ll incur a charge of £175 before going ahead with a new design.
