Lifetime Annual Care Package
Life happens. Kids, gardening, DIY – you know the deal. To keep your ring looking as good as new, we offer a lifetime annual care package. Simply send your ring back to us and we’ll give it a thorough clean and check everything is in order.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Taylor & Hart product, but if for some reason you don’t, you can return it for a refund. Read the full policy here.
Engagement and wedding rings typically have a 90 day returns period while all other jewellery items have a 30 day returns policy. A very small number of products are not returnable including earrings. This will be made clear either on their product page or directly via your consultant if this is the case.
Resizing Policy
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all. For our Australian customers, we offer one free ring resize with every purchase within six months of receiving or collecting your order. Second or additional resizings outside of this six month period are possible for a fee.
For Australian customers, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping the ring back to us, and we’ll ship it back to you free of charge.
Please note that if you need your ring resized by more than two sizes within six months, there may be a fee to remake the ring starting from AUD $600 GST. Read our Resizing Policy for more information.
Diamond Price Match Policy
We’re confident you’ll receive the best possible price for your diamond. By working directly with suppliers around the world, we cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you. However, if you think you’ve found a better deal elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it. Read our policy here.
Diamond Upgrade Policy
Fancy a change? There are many reasons you may want to upgrade your diamond: perhaps to mark a special moment in your life, a big anniversary, or you’re simply after something new.

Inside the package we ship to you, you’ll find that each ring we craft is placed in a beautiful delicate faux leather ring presentation box. We also include a small ring pouch and a polishing cloth.

Ethical Policy
Unethical sourcing is the biggest flaw a diamond can have. We won’t touch any materials if we believe they have been produced using unethical practices. Each stone has its own unique identity, and we make it our business to know exactly where each one comes from. We only work with suppliers we trust to ensure all our diamonds and gemstones are sourced from countries compliant with the Kimberley Process. Our bespoke service means we can provide certification for each and every diamond that passes through our hands.
But there’s still more to do. For us, responsible sourcing means challenging industry standards and accounting for every part of the process – whether that’s precious metals, manufacturing methods, or labour standards in countries that are a part of the supply chain.
