Taylor & Hart’s Customer Experience Team is a customer-forward role and works alongside our workshop team and production teams to ensure the customer enjoys a seamless experience from the moment they place their order and into the future. The Fulfilment Coordinator has a passion for helping others and for excellence. They are proactive in working collaboratively to assist their colleagues and their customers.
The Role
At Taylor & Hart, our customers and their stories are at the core of everything we do. The Customer Care Team ensures that both existing and prospective customers enjoy an exceptional journey with our brand.As a Fulfilment Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and in flawless condition. This involves working closely with the Customer Care Team to provide quick, friendly, and professional responses to customer enquiries.
You will also manage the logistics of order fulfilment, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision.Your attention to detail and organisational skills will guarantee a seamless experience for our customers, from the moment they place their order to the delivery of their jewellery. Every interaction and process should reflect our commitment to excellence, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Success in this role means helping customers understand Taylor & Hart’s values, business model, and dedication to quality. This is achieved through fast response times, clear communication, and flawless fulfilment processes.A positive attitude and enthusiasm are essential in this role. You will engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and written communication, always striving to leave them cared for and delighted with their Taylor & Hart experience. Whether during or after their purchase, your goal is to deliver service that exceeds expectations.
The role is Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm based in our central London workshop (close to Holborn) with excellent transport links.
Main Responsibilities
- Correct rings are always sent and packaged correctly
- UK shipments, Gophr, UPS, RM
- When needed provide cover for international fulfilment
- Ensuring the aftercare area is prepped and presentable ahead of customer appointments
- When needed, assist our Customer Care team by welcoming customers to our showroom during collection slot hours, occasional assistance with appointments
- Service request creation for aftercare
- Stock takes are completed
- It is neatly and safely organised
- Low stock is flagged to procurement at the right time

The Role
The Diamond & Gemstone (D&G) Team Lead will be responsible for the D&G Specialist Team and ensure they are set up for success and meet their targets. The role will work with individuals within their team to unlock each member’s full potential allowing them to continue to generate individual sales at a high pace and achieve their bonus targets. The Team Lead will source the best candidates to join the D&G Specialist Team and will efficiently onboard them to be successful and aware of the progression plan in place and targets they should meet in order to progress within the team in an appropriate time frame.
The successful candidate will lead by example in effective and “on-brand” customer communications, fast response times, efficient engaging, qualifying, transferring, and closing leads, and set the standard for the team. The Team Lead will have an exemplary approach to working collaboratively with the wider teams within the company and actively make suggestions for process and system improvements that will benefit the D&G team. The Team Lead will ensure that our customers’ first impression of Taylor & Hart is welcoming and professional.
This is a remote role based in South Africa working Monday – Friday.
The Team

The D&G Specialists interact with the most customers directly, and, as such, are inquisitive and always listen to what our customers have to say. The D&G Specialists are brand ambassadors, understand the company’s core values and business model and are able to convey those to our customers, leaving them understanding what Taylor & Hart stands for.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm are shown through face-to-face, phone calls and written communications. Through highly efficient, responsive and proactive communication with prospective customers, they will understand and qualify the needs of the lead. For the business, this means a high conversion rate of leads that convert into sales by offering quick, friendly, confident and professional responses to enquiries. Customers are provided with the knowledge they need to choose a great diamond/gemstone and ring and empowered to make an informed purchase.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce a high conversion rate of engaged leads into sales through team sales
performance. - Manage morale, support and develop the D&G Specialist team.
- Provide feedback to team members development and work ethic.
- Continually following the D&G specialists’ progress and reporting on it.

- Work towards constantly improving the efficiency of the sales process, focusing in particular on digital

The Role
We’re seeking a high-performing Procurement coordinator to join the Taylor & Hart Procurement team. Key responsibilities include ensuring all orders are placed and received in a line with our internal delivery dates, quality control of all inbound jewellery and gemstones and managing stock levels.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who proactively builds partnerships with stakeholders within Taylor & Hart to gain a good overview of the business from the inside out and is eager to make a real difference to the company’s success.

The Role
We are seeking someone who has experience delivering an exceptionally high standard using a variety of gem types, using both platinum and gold and in multiple different melee and centre setting styles.
The ideal candidate will be a highly disciplined craftsperson with an immaculate attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and coach the more junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the completion of your daily and weekly allocated workflow as agreed with the Workshop Manager, completed at the T&H quality standard.
- Support the Head of Quality and Production, Head of Supply Chain and Head of CAD in feedback on CADs, new designs and the work of external partners.
- Coach and work with talent in the workshop to improve the overall standard at T&H.
Job Requirements
- You’ll have a high level of capability for micro setting inclusive of pave, cut downs, fishtail and channel – with 6-7 years experience of consistently high-quality work.
- Highly competent on centre stones – offering a range of claws and finishes.
- Able to communicate effectively with others to help understand and solve challenges.
- Comfortable with a range of gemstone types, inclusive of diamond, emerald, sapphires etc.
- Good understanding of polishing and prepping items efficiently to a high standard.
- You’re reliable and commit to specific working hours to ensure that the workshop product flows are as streamlined as possible.
