AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! My experience was great and I wish more firms operated like these guys - buying an engagement ring is daunting, but they make it so straightforward!! Here's my story... ...I'd been looking for an engagement ring for about 3 months, spoke to various companies, but they all made the process seem difficult. But then I came across T&H online and dropped an enquiry across. Within hours (and on a Sunday) Pedro from their design team got in touch, we had a brief chat about what I wanted, shared some pics and then within about a day he came back with 'exactly' what I'd asked for including costs - my jaw dropped at how reasonable the cost was! He presented some additional options e.g. different size/quality stones etc. All to ensure I could get the perfect ring at a competitive price. Once everything was decided, the payment options were flexible and a pretty efficient process. Delivery dates were then set. I was kept up to date throughout and the ring arrived on time. It was in pristine condition and looked better in reality than online. Overall, its been a delight to be helped by T&H to get the perfect engagement ring and I'd highly recommend the company!!!
