Our goal is simple: to create something extraordinary. We recognise that everyone is looking for a unique ring, whether that comes from a secret detail or a custom design that’s never been seen before.

The cost of a custom engagement ring can vary widely depending on a whole host of factors, such as the ring style, materials used, level of labour required. Our custom engagement ring designs begin at just shy of £2,000.

This is dependent on how communicative you want to be with your Design Consultant and the complexity of the design. Most designs take 2-5 days to complete with a Design Consultant, either by a few emails back and forth or a couple of phone calls.
Once you’ve fallen in love with and approved your final design, our team of skilled craftspeople will start the process of bringing your ring to life. This typically takes around  four weeks, but can be longer or shorter depending on your design. The exact time frame will be discussed with you before placing your order and you’ll be kept updated of your ring’s progress throughout each stage.

We have a collection of our most popular express rings that can be with you within five working days, for a proposal that just can’t wait.

Absolutely. That’s what we do best–you bring the ideas and we bring the expertise. Share as little or as much information as you have with your Design Consultant and they’ll take it away to translate into a design that captures what you were looking for.

You can. We understand that it’s important to be sure of your design before placing your order. We have a couple of options that allow you to get an understanding of design scale and aesthetics:

1. If you’re considering one of our collection designs, you can visit our London or New York City showroom to view a replica of your collection design in person.
2. If you can’t visit one of our showrooms or are looking for something more bespoke and you’d like an idea of how your bespoke design might look, we can create a resin of the design you’ve created. This adds an additional five working days to your design process, but if you’re unsure of the design and have time to play with, we recommend you order the resin to get a feel for the design and its scale in person.

Ultimately, we always say trust your instinct. Take a look at reviews, take recommendations from friends and family and make sure that your jeweller will listen to what you want, not try to recommend options that suit them, instead of you.

Yes! If you have inherited, purchased or received your diamonds elsewhere, we can still create your bespoke ring. Our policy for any diamonds you provide us are as follows:

• If your diamond is uncertified, we’d love to view and examine it in person before confirming if we can use it. We kindly ask that you send/bring your diamond(s) to us at your own expense.
• There’s a setting and handling fee of £250 for the first diamond, and £100 for each subsequent diamond set.
• Diamonds must meet our minimum quality standards. For diamonds these are: at least 0.20ct, D-M colour, no overtone and 100% eye-clean, no visible scratches, no inclusions on the girdle, no strong bowtie. Get in touch if you’re unsure of your stone’s quality standards.
• If your diamond is not graded or certified, we’ll have it done at WGI London for a cost of £200. If additional diamonds require certification, subsequent diamonds are £120 per diamond.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to use customer’s own coloured gemstones at this time.

Unfortunately not. As part of our design service, we allow three modifications to be sure you’re entirely happy with your design. This highly personal process means we’re sure you’ll be happy with your decision once it’s crafted. Once you’re happy with your design and final quotation, you can take your time or go ahead and place your order.
