I had my fiancée's ring customised and the process with my designer was sublime! Nothing was too much and I was provided with renders at every step of the way.
We worked together for a number of weeks getting the design right and tinkering with it until we landed on the perfect one. She was even able to find a diamond for me that suited the environmental and ethical factors I wanted!
The whole process was really easy and the delivery was on time. Customer service were great answering any questions and I would highly recommend them as the final product is perfect!
My gemstone specialist was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I was also very impressed with how their costs stacked up against other sellers.
I really appreciated their explanations of everything and I never felt like they were trying to push an agenda or sell us on anything. The rings speak for themselves, super unique and beautiful band designs and an easy diamond buying process.
Thanks for all your help! She absolutely loved the ring so thumbs up all round!!
We know getting the ring size right is no mean feat, but we’ve got a few tips you can use to help.
The average size for a women is size L½ and 90% of women fall between H-Q. The average size for a man is Q and 90% of men fall between N and V.
Visit our ring size guide for more help or contact your consultant for assistance.
Add a personal touch to your jewellery piece with a complimentary engraving of a message, lyric, date or quote – the choice is yours. Your message should not exceed 25 characters including spaces. The engraving is limited to common characters and symbols. If you’d like something specific outside of these, we can quote you for this.
Due to the available space for engravings on earrings, bracelets and necklaces, the 25 characters will be split across two lines in a 13 character x 13 character formation.
Adding an engraving will increase the delivery time by three days.
*Please note, if you’re not sure about your ring size, consider requesting the engraving when you bring the ring in for a re-size, else there is a charge for the second engraving which will be needed once the ring is re-sized.
Each of our rings is set with a small round signature ruby on the inside of the band. Each of these rubies are sourced from the Greenland Ruby mine, located within the icy mountainous landscape of an arctic fjord and is fast-becoming one of the best places to procure ethically and sustainably sourced rubies in the world.
You can add additional gemstones, customise the ruby by swapping for a different signature gemstone or you can remove your signature ruby altogether. The choice is yours.
While the side diamonds are not graded by the GIA since they do not individually weigh over 0.25ct, this indicates the colour and clarity grade ranges of the side diamonds in this ring, excluding the centre diamond. These can be upgraded on request – contact us for further details.
Side gemstones are sourced by our skilled procurement team who assess each gemstone twice over to ensure the stone’s lustre, symmetry and clarity are in line with our unparalleled quality standards.
While the majority of our products are subject to the standard returns policy, some special designs may not be eligible for return or may have some fees that are non refundable.
We know how important it is for you to feel confident that your ring is ethically sourced, so we share how we do things at Taylor & Hart.
The only thing that makes a lab created diamond different from a natural diamond is its origin. A lab-created diamond is grown inside a lab using cutting-edge technology that replicates the natural diamond growing process. They carry an identical crystal structure and aesthetic to a natural diamond as well as a lower price point.
Natural diamonds are created by nature, as a result of intense heat and pressure, formed over the course of millions of years. Steeped in romance, natural diamonds have proven to retain their value over time and can even multiply in value.
