Cannot recommend enough, everything from the initial point of contact to aftercare is fantastic! It is not often in the current climate to receive a high standard of service let alone care. Booking an appointment was easy and from that moment you are assigned to a representative, I loved this for continuity and that it would be one person working with me throughout the process. The benefit is one point of contact, and it enables a rapport to be built to truly get to know you but more importantly the style of your fiancé. The lovely Flor from their London headquarters assisted me, she was great and quick to pick up on my wishes and style of my soon to be fiancé. The attention to detail was second to none, plus her patience during this process was amazing! Flor did everything she said she was going to do and always got back to me with updates when she said she would. The ring design process was great, and it was fantastic to see it come to life via the CAD design. Seeing the ring in person was amazing, the quality and the fine detailing was impeccable. Whilst the ring initially fitted perfectly, unfortunately, it transpired to be a little bit too big once we came back to the cold UK climate. We visited Flor who asked about our proposal and genuinely was interested in how it happened. She measured my fiancé’s finger and sent the ring off. When the ring returned it was disappointing to see that the engraving, I had chosen was no longer present and the fine detailing of the ring had been over polished to the point it was no longer visible. This was annoying given Flor gave clear instruction to not over polish. However, this is where the Taylor & Hart impressed me more, they were quick to apologise for this error and said they would rectify this free of charge which is the minimum I would have expected. What struck me was the sincerity of this company and how they did everything promptly in their power to get this resolved. When the ring was returned, it was beautiful! If you are looking for quality craftmanship and fantastic care and service, then look no further!

What an amazing company. I don't often write reviews but there's times when you feel like you need to. I dealt with an excellent Designer & Gemologist called Maria who was so helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me design the perfect ring, and it really was perfect. Even though they had delays in acquiring some of the stones for my ring they did everything in their power to get it to me before I left for my trip (where I was going to propose) and it came the day before I left, which I appreciated so much. Everyone else that I spoke to were incredibly kind and infinitely helpful. Everyone compliments the ring which just goes to show what a good job Taylor & Hart did. Thank you!
