Thanks to the whole team and especially Agnès I got the big Yes! This was the most personalised care I have ever received anywhere for anything. I was approached by Agnès straight after I started browsing. I was told it will take 18 days for a delivery, but I wanted the ring just before Christmas and I was browsing on the 21st of Dec. This however did not present any difficulty to my consultant and I was offered rings that were going to be ready sooner however that was not quick enough as well as the soonest was January. This is where Agnès pulled all the strings and made it happen before I know the ring was on its way! Ready for Christmas Eve! Not to mention that I did not know the size of her finger but again, of course, the experience of the consultant proved me that this was not a problem. It fits perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards the team of Taylor & Hart. I found their services by chance and I am so happy I did. Thank you for the patience and care. Highly recommend.
