Website is well designed so you can prioritise what is important in your diamond. They also supply GIA certificate with order. My designer, Maria, was very friendly and got my order configured and delivered in the time frame they gave me. Customer Care team gave me regular updates along the way and arranged my collection from the workshop. The whole process has been excellent. Highly recommended and will look to them for other jewellery in the future.

They had a chat line on WhatsApp with a really helpful staff member who, no matter what day or time, would message back asap. They explained everything to me, gave me plenty of options with the information I gave about what my fiance's style was. I found the perfect ring for my partner and in my budget as well. I had no clue on size, and with the info I gave, they tried their best to get the correct size as I was trying to keep it a secret from my fiance. The ring ended up being too big but Taylor & Hart soon resolved it after we travelled to London to get her finger sized. They did all they could to sort it, and now it fits perfectly. I'd definitely recommend them for their service and beautiful products :)
