Fast forward to July 2022, and the bellissmo Amalfi Coast became the backdrop to their engagement. The proposal itself wasn’t a surprise as the ring had been carefully designed beforehand by both Jess & Mitch, showcasing how important teamwork is to them.
And when it came to the big moment, the setting was nothing short of magical. The couple was on a boat under a golden sunset as Mitch proposed. This unforgettable moment sealed their love in a snapshot they would cherish forever.
In true romantic comedy fashion, their celebratory dinner plans took an unexpected turn. With no reservations in the rather popular Positano, they ended the evening sharing hot dogs and chips on a bench in Sorrento. This was a charming reminder that love is about the moments, not the details.
Mitch had planned the entire trip, so it was certainly full of surprises.

A collaborative approach with her partner in crime, plus a lot of pep talks from the consultant are what brought it home.
To Jess, it wasn’t simply a ring. It was a reflection of their shared journey a promise for a loving future together.
The addition of the ruby Signature Stone added even more meaning, symbolising their July engagement and connecting a personal story of their own to her magical ring.
