Where is Taylor & Hart located?

Our US showroom is located at 55 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10003. Consultations are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm. We are closed on public holidays.

How do your Virtual Consultations work?

If you can’t visit our New York showroom, you can book a virtual consultation and meet one-on-one with one of our jewelry experts from anywhere. You’ll still receive clear, personal guidance on designs, stones, and next steps.

Where should I start?

You don’t need to be a jewelry expert to begin. Your consultation is simply a chance to talk through your ideas, ask questions, and receive clear guidance from a specialist at your own pace.

How does the bespoke process work?

Our bespoke design service is what makes Taylor & Hart unique.

To start, you’re assigned a personal design consultant, who will bring your ideas to life in the form of a 3D CAD (computer-aided design).

Based on your requirements and price point, they’ll help you select a centre gemstone or diamond.

The design can be amended up to three times.

Once you’re happy with your design and final quotation, you can go ahead and place your order online.
