Thank you for submitting your aftercare request– you’ll soon receive an email from our Customer Care Team detailing the return shipping process. 

Once your ring has arrived back at our workshop, it’ll be inspected which can take up to five working days. 

Standard aftercare and resizing services take approximately 10 working days following the inspection. 

Our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you should additional time be required based on the submitted aftercare request.

For customers based in the EU or outside of the UK, our aftercare process and pricing is slightly different. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for aftercare services due to the return shipping process.
