While Lindsay has kept the details of her personal life under wraps for the past several years, it isn’t hard to gather that she’s found a happy life in Dubai. Her fiancé, Badar is vice president at the Swiss investment bank Credit Suisse. The two met in the Emirates and look to continue their lives there together, with Lindsay captioning her Instagram post announcing the engagement: ‘My love. My life. My family. My future.’
The engagement ring features a classic cushion cut diamond set on a platinum diamond pavé band. We estimate that the centre brilliant cushion cut diamond weighs in at around 5ct, worth an approximate £85,000. Lindsay’s ring is very similar in design to our Dulcet ring, which features a cushion cut diamond set upon a fishtail pavé band.
Lindsay has been engaged once before, to the Russian millionaire Egor Tarabasov in 2016. While the businessman proposed with a stunning oval cut emerald ring, the relationship didn’t last and the couple went their separate ways a year later. But that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten that stunning emerald. Weighing an impressive 4ct, the oval gem was encircled by a white diamond pavé halo set on a platinum band. We estimate the ring to have been worth around £20,000.
