First off - I trust Google reviews over other review websites. I received excellent customer care from the outset.. far better than any other online/high street shop. I visited the Bank branch in London twice so I could better visualise the rings. They have sample rings which were useful but they don’t have the same aesthetic as a real diamond ring. I picked the diamond and the setting and the ring was with me in 6 weeks... and it was perfect. Thank you! Positives: - Value for money (by a long way) - UK based (other American based websites exist but you can’t visit the shops) - Excellent customer service - Flexibility - even with the off-the-shelf rings they allow customisation (band width/gemstone/engraving) - Impressive returns/re-sizing policy Points for improvement: - Try to have a few more real diamond sample rings if possible (they kindly bought some out of the safe)
