The design process is very good, the prices fair, the variety is good, and I had a lovely woman say yes to the ring I proposed to her with. Their lab grown diamonds are of a high quality, and everyone who saw the ring commented on how beautiful it is. My fiancée and I both love it, and I recommend the company if you are on a budget or want to find platinum (something I couldn't find at a reasonable price for my budget elsewhere).

Buying an engagement ring for the first (..and hopefully only time) is daunting as it's up there as one of the most sentimental and expensive things to buy. After a lot of research online, I decided Taylor & Hart were the best option as they had a great range of rings and they offered a fair return and resize policy, also if needed, they were not too far, in London. I didn't regret my decision as took a couple of weeks for me to finalise the design, but I received a lot of support from Juliet at Taylor & Hart. Juliet showed me photos of similar rings, which helped me visualise how the ring would look. I purchased the ring, it arrived via DPD on the date they had given. The ring needed re-sizing and I was nervous to send it back and hoping the after care was as good as the service I initially received and it was! Whoever responded to my queries in after care provided a consistent level of care, which was great. I can't fault them and I would definitely recommend. The quality is amazing too - the resize was completed and returned in flawless condition. Now my fiancé will also be purchasing my ring from T&H!
