Still not sure? We offer a complimentary re-size to US customers, within one ring size larger or smaller and on ring designs that allow it.

Add a personal touch to your jewelry piece with a complimentary engraving of a message, lyric, date or quote – the choice is yours. Your message should not exceed 25 characters including spaces. The engraving is limited to common characters and symbols. If you’d like something specific outside of these, we can quote you for this.

Due to the available space for engravings on earrings, bracelets and necklaces, the 25 characters will be split across two lines in a 13 character x 13 character formation.

Adding an engraving will increase the delivery time by three days.

*Please note, if you’re not sure about your ring size, consider requesting the engraving when you bring the ring in for a re-size, else there is a charge for the second engraving which will be needed once the ring is re-sized.

Each of our rings is set with a small round signature ruby on the inside of the band. Each of these rubies are sourced from the Greenland Ruby mine, located within the icy mountainous landscape of an arctic fjord and is fast-becoming one of the best places to procure ethically and sustainably sourced rubies in the world.

You can add additional gemstones, customize the ruby by swapping for a different signature gemstone or you can remove your signature ruby altogether. The choice is yours.

While the side diamonds are not graded by the GIA since they do not individually weigh over 0.25ct, this indicates the color and clarity grade ranges of the side diamonds in this ring, excluding the center diamond. These can be upgraded on request – contact us for further details.

Side gemstones are sourced by our skilled procurement team who assess each gemstone twice over to ensure the stone’s luster, symmetry and clarity are in line with our unparalleled quality standards.

For our US customers, we offer one free ring resize with every purchase. Please note that if the ring size change is over one size bigger or smaller, there may be a fee that needs to be paid for the service, as the ring may have to be re-made.
