We know happy customers are proud to share their Taylor & Hart experience with their loved ones. Whether they’ve referred family, friends or colleagues, at least one in five of our new customers come from existing customers who recommended us.
To thank those customers who refer us to their trusted circle, we created our Brand Ambassador Program which is part of The Ruby Club–an exclusive club filled with promotions, events and opportunities to share your love story.
Every engagement ring customer is automatically enrolled into The Ruby Club’s Ambassador Program, so there’s nothing else for you to do.
Considered “King of the gemstones”, rubies are synonymous with passion, protection and prosperity. Almost as tough as diamonds, their enduring nature is why they’re used to commemorate 40th wedding anniversaries–a milestone by any measure!
It is for all of these reasons that each of our designs are set with a round ruby inside the band–our signature–and serves as our welcome to the Ruby Club.
How will I benefit?
Through The Ruby Club, you’ll earn £100 credit for each referral that makes an engagement ring purchase using your referral code.
You can use this credit towards future jewellery or wedding ring purchases.
And what about the person I refer?
The person you refer gets 5% off their engagement ring order with us.

So, how do I refer someone?
All you need to do to make a referral, is share your unique code.
You’ll receive this code via email and in your order documentation when you receive your engagement ring. When someone redeems your code at checkout, we’ll send you an email to thank you.
For each referral made, you will earn £100 credit, or the equivalent in your local currency. Or, if you’re recommending us to everyone you know, you can choose to save up your gifted credits to put towards a larger purchase, like your wedding rings.
At the moment, Ruby Club ambassador referrals only apply to referrals who purchase an engagement ring, but we do plan to grow the club, to include referrals made for wedding rings and bespoke jewellery pieces, in the near future.

- Customers will only receive a referral code if they have purchased an engagement ring
- 5% referral code is only applicable on engagement ring orders and is capped at a £400 discount
- Once the returns policy period is complete for the referred order, the credit will be activated for the customer who made the referral
- Credit must be redeemed within 12 months of receiving and may be used on any purchase
