At the heart of our gemstone sourcing is Maneesha, our Gemstone Buyer, and her all-female team based in Ratnapura, Sri Lanka, the world’s most storied sapphire region.

With years of experience on the ground, they work directly within the mines and local markets, where the finest natural stones first emerge. This rare, direct access allows us to select exceptional sapphires at their source, guided by expertise, instinct, and uncompromising standards.
